What if brokenness wasn’t an ending, but a new beginning? In this one-of-a-kind storytelling and art workshop, we turn shattered glass into powerful narratives—both personal and collective. Using broken glass as a metaphor and medium, you’ll explore themes of fragility, transformation, and resilience, giving discarded pieces new meaning.
Through hands-on creativity and guided reflection, you’ll transform fragments into artwork that speaks of renewal and strength. Whether you’ve faced personal challenges, love finding beauty in the unexpected, or just want to experiment with an unconventional art form—this workshop is for you!
This workshop is led by Tram Alwaan, an inspiring initiative founded by Nada Darwish a civil & environmental engineer with a passion for fine arts. With over a decade of experience, 150+ workshops, and 12 group exhibitions, Tram Alwaan designs innovative environmental art programs, workshops, and exhibitions across Cairo. Their work turns everyday waste—plastic bags, glass, and even chipsy bags—into meaningful eco-friendly art while promoting environmental awareness and empowering women economically.
