Fadia has embarked on a dynamic career journey, transitioning from a Banking and Finance Lawyer to a key player in the intersection of digital technologies and societies. Since joining the Global Innovation Gathering (GIG) Network in 2018, she has taken on various roles, starting as a Project Coordinator for Careables.org before becoming the Community Manager.

Her Master’s in Arts, focused on the impact of digitalization on societies, complements her professional experience. Fadia’s passion for connecting with people globally drives her efforts to empower grassroots communities through knowledge exchange, both online and offline.

In her current role, she curates the Makerspace stage at re:publica, a festival dedicated to digital societies, where she facilitates hands-on workshops led by innovative practitioners. Additionally, she fosters the GIG online community through meetups and the creation of digital spaces for personal and professional growth, enhancing collaboration and learning among members.
